Refund policy

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. The items must be unused. If your item was delivered on the 5th of the month, you have until the 20th to initiate a return.

  3. Our team will provide the return address.

  4. Pack the item securely in its original condition.

  5. Arrange for product pick-up or drop-off at the specified address.

  6. Once received, the item will undergo a quality check.

  7. If validated, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be processed.

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit.
